I am so pleased to share my graditute about Elemi's services. I started going to her a few years back when my hair was thinning and falling out because of lack of protein. She quickly gave me a protein treatment and gave me specific products that would help me in between salon treatments. The products that she uses are not harmful at all and my hair is looking great and growing stronger with each protein treatment she gives me. I follow her advice to a "T". I love her work so much so that when she moved away I flew out just to get my hair done :) Glad to see her back in the Bay!

Firstly, I have always had long hair all my life and didn't trust the hair salons. The horror stories I would come across, that they cut way too much off...I never had a reason or desire to do so. Eventually, that changed. I wanted to style my hair and asked Elemi to layer my long black locks. It was the first time I ever walked into a salon and came out a new woman. I made a appointment with one of their new stylists', Elemi and when I arrived she immediately put me at ease with her calm, open, and friendly demeanor. I felt like she totally focused on what my hair was currently like, what I was looking to do with it, as well as how the eventual cut would grow out.
It's always that balance with stylists- feeling like they listen to you but are also able to apply their intuition to give you results that you can work with and that look really good. With me, stylists usually err on the side of being too conservative, I can totally handle a good splash of funky. Elemi did just that. We did a cut and color and I'm REALLY LOVING IT!

It was my birthday and I was headed out for the night and wanted to get my hair styled. I hadn't planned this so that day I started calling salons near my house to see if someone could get me in right away and do a quick style. Elemi got me in right away and styled my hair. Good Morning Elemi,
I hope your day is off to a great start. I've received rave reviews for my new cut. It's been called "sassy" at least a dozen times. I gave your information as a referral to a couple ladies. Earlier in the week I thought we might need to cut the front a slight bit. But today, I think it's alright. I'll leave it as for another week before determine any needed changes.
